Project overview
TekRevol needed to scale from one floor to three simultaneously, maintaining a consistent brand feel across all spaces without any of the three floors feeling like an afterthought. The brief was modern, clean, and ergonomic — furniture built to support a team that routinely works 10-hour days. Each floor had a distinct function: ground floor for general open-plan teams, first floor for management and meeting rooms, and second floor for a creative lounge and collaborative breakout space. TekRevol also requested standing desk options across the open-plan area, recognising the health demands of long work sessions. We designed a modular workstation system that could be reconfigured as headcount changed, giving them flexibility as they continued to grow.
The challenge
Three floors with three completely different layouts, all needing to feel part of the same office. The ground floor was a narrow rectangle that required workstations in a specific orientation to allow circulation. The first floor had a boardroom with a glass partition wall that needed the conference table positioned precisely for sightlines. The second floor was the most complex — a free-form lounge area with no right angles, where all seating and low tables needed to be placed without any piece feeling forced into the space.
The result
120+ team members moved in across all three floors on the committed date. TekRevol's operations team confirmed zero snags at handover — no missing items, no assembly issues, no damage in transit. The modular workstation system has since been extended twice as TekRevol's headcount has grown, with both extension orders fulfilled within 5 working days each time.
