How it started
Born in Karachi. Built on craft.
When we started in 2021, most furniture businesses in Pakistan were either too expensive, too unreliable, or both. We saw a gap — and decided to fill it.
We built Shan Furniture around three things: premium materials, honest pricing, and service that actually shows up. That meant building our own workshop, training our own assembly team, and managing every delivery ourselves.
Today, we have furnished over 250 offices and homes across Pakistan — from a 5-person startup to a 200+ seat corporate office in the banking and insurance industry.
My goal has always been simple — build furniture I would be proud to put in front of any client. That standard has not changed since day one. Every piece is built by hand, checked by our team, and delivered by us. That is not a policy — it is just how we work.
