• By placing an order on our website or via WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the stated price.
• We will confirm your order via WhatsApp or email during business hours.
• An order is accepted and binding only after we send you a written confirmation.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example if an item becomes unavailable or if there is a pricing error.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your confirmed order is the price you will be charged.
• Prices may vary due to material costs, parts availability, and exchange rates. Final price is always confirmed in your written quote.
• Custom orders may be quoted separately after a site visit or detailed enquiry.

• Cash on delivery (COD) — payment is made at the time of delivery.
• Bank transfer — payment is required before dispatch. We will share account details on confirmation.
• Easypaisa / JazzCash — payment is required before dispatch.
• For large or custom corporate orders, a 30–50% advance may be required before production begins.

• Standard delivery and in-home assembly in Karachi is free of charge.
• Delivery to other cities is available on selected products — additional charges and timelines apply.
• Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days for standard in-stock items. Custom and made-to-order pieces take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or logistics. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the delivery address and that furniture can fit through doors, lifts, and corridors.

• Custom-made furniture is manufactured to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
• Please verify all measurements, finishes, and specifications before confirming a custom order.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Shan Furniture. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shan Furniture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
