Adamjee Insurance — Head Office

Adamjee Insurance required a complete floor fit-out for their newly relocated Karachi head office. The brief called for a professional, formal aesthetic throughout — executive-grade finishes from the reception desk through to the boardroom at the far end of the floor. The open-plan area needed 60 workstations arranged for both team collaboration and individual focused work, with manager cabins along the perimeter wall. The boardroom was the centrepiece of the project — a client-facing space used for senior meetings and regulatory presentations, where first impressions carry real commercial weight. Every specification was reviewed against Adamjee's existing brand identity before a single piece went into production.

The boardroom required a custom 16-seater conference table in a specific Italian walnut veneer that Adamjee had sourced from their interior designer. The veneer needed to be matched exactly across the table, the two credenzas, and the executive chairs — four separate product types manufactured at different times. The reception desk presented a separate challenge: a curved counter front that needed to align precisely with a dropped ceiling feature already installed by the contractor.
