These terms and conditions govern your use of the Shan Furniture website (shanfurniture.com) and any orders you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

• By placing an order via WhatsApp, phone or email, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the stated price.
• We will confirm your order via WhatsApp or email during business hours.
• An order is accepted and binding only after we send you a written confirmation.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or if there is a pricing error.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your confirmed order is the price you will be charged.
• Prices may vary due to material costs, parts availability, and exchange rates. Final price is always confirmed in your written quote.
• Custom orders may be quoted separately after a site visit or detailed enquiry.

• Payment terms: payment terms are confirmed in your written quote. We share payment details when your order is confirmed.
• Payment methods: bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, and cash on delivery.
• For corporate projects, payment terms depend on the size and scope of the project and are agreed in your quote.

• Standard delivery and in-home assembly in Karachi are free of charge.
• Delivery to other cities is available on request. Additional charges and timelines apply.
• Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days or longer, depending on the requirements. Custom and made-to-order pieces take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or logistics. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the delivery address and that furniture can fit through doors, lifts, and corridors.

Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect (see section 7). For any problem with your order, contact us on 0300-089-0089 or info@shanfurniture.com.

• Custom-made furniture is manufactured to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
• Please verify all measurements, finishes, and specifications before confirming a custom order.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the property of Shan Furniture. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shan Furniture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
