Exchange Policy

If the delivered product received was not as described on the website or in a damaged condition, it must be intimated with us on WhatsApp at 0300-0890089.

This is applicable when:

  • Reported within 24 hours from the time of shipment receiving.
  • A proof is provided in the form of unpacking videos/images of the reported product.

Once the complaint is registered and communicated with the courier services, the product will be lifted and dispatched within 15 working days.

Note: If the ordered product is not available, then other options will be provided to select from.

The product must be returned in the same condition and original packing.

  • No return/refund will be applicable if you receive the same product as seen on the website in perfect condition. (Change of mind is not applicable).
